Sales Support Specialist


Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist. This individual will provide external/internal sales support, sales order entry and respond to customer and internal inquiries.

  • Manage all aspects of customer service coordination from project initiation through invoicing
  • Maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system by inputting quotations.
  • Import job design BOMs from ENERVEX WISP design software into Microsoft NAV to create quotes.
  • Perform follow-ups to costumers on a recurring basis to ensure CRM is up to date
  • Prepare quotations according to bid specification and equipment schedules, with accurate configurations
  • Provide product and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, and answering questions.
  • Perform calculations in proprietary design software.
  • Prepare specifications and submittal packages.
  • Provide sales vs. budgets results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports to customers on a quarterly basis..
  • Forward samples and marketing materials by entering requests, arranging shipments, and notifying customers.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • Experience in customer service
  • Prior experience with Microsoft NAV and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required, and familiarity with PandaDoc is considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in construction with the ability to read and pull plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • College degree preferred
  • Min 3 years’ experience in sales
